We had an outstanding experience working with Michelle at Boxwood Home Group when we purchased our townhouse in Gilbert, Arizona. My wife first met Michelle at an open house, and even though the property she was showing wasn’t what we were looking for, Michelle took a genuine interest in helping us find the right place. She was very, very helpful from that first meeting and, importantly, she did not require us to sign a contract before helping us. Michelle took the time to understand what we were really looking for and went to work finding properties that matched our needs. She ultimately found exactly what we were looking for, which led to us purchasing our townhouse in Gilbert. We were moving to the area so we could spend more time near our grandsons, and because we were not familiar with the Gilbert real estate market, having someone we could trust was extremely important to us. Throughout the entire buying process, Michelle was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and extremely helpful. She guided us through each step and made what could have been a complicated and stressful experience remarkably easy. What really stood out to us was that Michelle’s help didn’t end when the sale closed. We knew there were several things that needed to be repaired and taken care of before we could move in. Michelle was very proactive and helped us find a contractor who did an excellent job taking care of the issues at a very reasonable price. She was also extremely helpful after the purchase, giving us recommendations on where to shop for furniture and other furnishings. Since we needed to furnish the townhouse, those recommendations were very useful and saved us a lot of time and effort. Michelle’s follow-up and continued interest in how we were doing has been exceptional. We still keep in touch with her on a regular basis, which says a lot about the kind of relationship she builds with her clients. We never felt like we were simply another transaction to her. We would absolutely use Michelle again. If we decide to sell our townhouse in the future, or if we decide to move to Arizona permanently and purchase something larger, Michelle will be the first person we call. We highly recommend Michelle and Boxwood Home Group to anyone looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, responsive, proactive, and genuinely committed to helping her clients. I met Amy Frazier through a family member last year while living in Montana and looking for property in Tucson. When it finally came to purchase, Amy worked harder than any realtor we’ve ever used in the past!
